Vice - President Dale Carroll

Dale Carroll married and has three daughters. They all reside in Trenton Tennessee. Dale has been with Goodyear since July 7, 1987. Previously, Dale served as an alternate steward prior to 1998. In 1998 he was elected as a third shift Union Steward for three terms. In April 2004 Dale started presenting arbitration cases for the Union. In 2006 Dale was elected as Vice President of USW Local 878L. He enjoys his job and has stated he likes the challenge it presents.
